"I have stayed here twice.. The room which was provided at our first stay was spacious and clean. But the second time, we got a smaller room. The major drawback is there is no kitchen in this hotel. So you won't even get a cup of tea. They don't even provide a complimentary water bottle when you checkin. Location wise it is fine. But since there is no kitchen, it is overpriced as per the service they are providing."

"Mine was not a good experience. The receptionist is rude. He commented on my handwriting. What in the world he has to do with my handwriting?? I am unaware of that. The receptionist took more than 20 minutes to let me check in. They even charge for water. Breakfast is not available before 11 am. I called the kitchen around 1030 am, to which they didn't answer...one should have the basic decency to answer and let me know that the kitchen is not open. When i asked the helper boy, who was cleaning outside, he informed me that. Previous guests took the entry card to my room, they informed me that. They got the card lost to the room I was alloted. The helper boy informed me this and not even the receptionist. Helper boys have decent behaviour though. There was no one available at the reception at night when I was going out and was worried about my bag and baggage in the room as the card they had given me wasn't working. Lift was also not working. Rooms are okay."

"I've booked 2 room over there and I've faced many problems from the hotel management especially from the receptionist... 1- washroom issues ( no water supply on the bathing area ) 2- drinking water was not given from the hotel management even I've asked for packed mineral water they denied to give. 3- there's no room service is available I've asked for food they denied. 4- rooms telecom service was not working 5- no backup electricity support 6- asked to forcefully leave the property before the checkout time. The worst experience of my life I've faced. I would like to talk to the customer service for better resulation"

"Worst experience……staffs not professional, guest will get the morning tea. The kitchen starts from 11 am. Rooms linen and pillow cover are dirty. Towel are dirty. Bathroom fitments are totally Rusty. No one. Will clean the room. So better to search for another property instead of this. And also it is under construction or renovation."
